Management
The correct management of projects is crucial to its success and as such QED Project Engineering recognises the importance of having an appropriate management structure to suit each project, not only with the right personnel, but with access to the right tools such as MS Project to continually monitor/assess a projects progress.

Process
The measure of a projects success is, upon completion, does it achieve what was intended? To start a project with the right process criteria understood and targeted is the best start a project can get. Get this wrong and everything else becomes a compromise, which is why much emphasis is put on getting the right process input through appropriately qualified and experienced process engineers.

Mechanical
Personnel we can source can complete mechanical and structural design and detailing of all types of plant and special purpose machinery, taken from process specification through to manufacturing drawings. Typical input would be: the design of pressure vessels (to BS 5500, ASME etc. using Finglow software), tanks, conveyor systems, material handling, vessel internals (e.g. distillation trays), pipework and pipe supports.

Electrical (Control/ Instrumentation)

Designs are formulated from engineered input to allow for the generation of ladder logics, schematics, distribution diagrams, cable routing, instrument hook ups, etc.

Structural
We have access to personnel capable of carrying out structural calculation, connection details and knowledge of materials of construction for a variety of environments and industries.
